Monitoring built in Denmark, hosted in the EU

WatchControl is made by Certiva ApS — an independent Danish software company building focused IT-operations tools.

WatchControl exists for one reason: teams should know their systems are down before their customers do. We build a focused uptime-monitoring product — websites, APIs, servers and TLS certificates — that is fast to set up and honest about what it can and cannot do.

We run on European infrastructure, your data stays in the EU, and billing goes through Stripe — we never store your card details. Our handling of personal data follows the GDPR and is described in our privacy policy.

We say it plainly in our terms too: use WatchControl as one strong layer of your monitoring, not your only safeguard. No inflated promises — just reliable alerts and the records to back them up.

Principles

What WatchControl stands for

One missed outage can cost more than a whole year of monitoring. These are the principles we build on.

01

Confirmed before it alerts

A single blip will not wake you at 3am. WatchControl re-checks a failing monitor before declaring it down, so every alert means something.

02

Every channel that matters

Email and webhooks on every plan, plus pay-as-you-go SMS alerts from prepaid credits. Route alerts to the tools your team already lives in.

03

Proof, not guesses

Response-time history, incident timelines and monthly SLA reports give you the numbers for customers, auditors and your own post-mortems.

04

Honest by design

We say it plainly: use WatchControl as one strong layer of your monitoring, not your only safeguard. No inflated promises, no fine-print surprises.

05

Built in Denmark, GDPR-first

Run by Certiva ApS in Denmark. Your data stays in the EU, billing runs through Stripe and we never store your card details.

06

No lock-in

A full REST API, API keys and webhooks mean your data and alerts are yours. Export, integrate and leave whenever you want.
